Đánh giá khả năng xử lý chất kháng sinh Tetracyline trong nước bằng than hoạt tính điều chế từ bã cà phê

Tetracycline (TC) là một loại kháng sinh phổ rộng thường được sử dụng trong nuôi trồng thủy sản và chăn nuôi. Sau khi xâm nhập vào các nguồn nước, nó sẽ gây ra mối đe dọa lớn đối với môi trường và sức khỏe con người. Nghiên cứu này trình bày phương pháp điều chế than hoạt tính (AC) từ bã cà phê bằng phương pháp carbon hóa thủy nhiệt (HTC) và đánh giá khả năng hấp phụ kháng sinh TC. Kết quả phân tích đặc tính vật liệu cho thấy quá trình hoạt hóa với KOH đã cải thiện đáng kể cấu trúc của than. Cụ thể, diện tích bề mặt riêng của vật liệu đã tăng từ 23.06 m2/g (đối với HC) lên 976.34 m2/g (đối với AC). Các thí nghiệm hấp phụ theo mẻ đã chứng minh hiệu quả loại bỏ TC của AC. Quá trình hấp phụ đạt hiệu quả cao nhất trong môi trường axit với pH tối ưu là 3, hiệu suất loại bỏ TC đạt gần 92% với liều lượng AC 1.5 g/L. Nghiên cứu đã chứng tỏ, bã cà phê là một nguyên liệu tiền năng, chi phí thấp để sản xuất than hoạt tính hiệu suất cao, mang lại một giải pháp bền vững cho vấn đề xử lý ô nhiễm kháng sinh trong môi trường nước.
