Ngày 31/5/2024, Bộ Tài nguyên và Môi trường đã ban hành Quyết định số 1487/QĐ-BTNMT về việc phê duyệt Văn kiện Dự án “Lồng ghép đánh giá và hạch toán vốn tự nhiên biển và ven biển vào kế hoạch phát triển của Việt Nam nhằm hướng tới nền kinh tế biển xanh bền vững trong một số lĩnh vực” do Quỹ Môi trường toàn cầu (GEF) tài trợ thông qua Chương trình Môi trường Liên Hợp Quốc (UNEP). Theo đó, Viện Chiến lược, Chính sách Tài nguyên và Môi trường nay là Viện Chiến lược, Chính sách Nông nghiệp và Môi trường được giao là đơn vị chủ trì thực hiện dự án trên.
Căn cứ Kế hoạch lựa chọn nhà thầu đã được phê duyệt, gói thầu số A3 “Hỗ trợ xây dựng hướng dẫn về phương pháp luận và cách thức áp dụng hạch toán vốn tự nhiên, tập trung vào hạch toán tài khoản đại dương và xây dựng bộ chỉ tiêu giám sát kinh tế biển xanh” thuộc Dự án “Lồng ghép đánh giá và hạch toán vốn tự nhiên biển và ven biển vào kế hoạch phát triển của Việt Nam nhằm hướng tới nền kinh tế biển xanh bền vững trong một số lĩnh vực” sẽ được triển khai trong thời gian tới.

Recruitment for 01 International Consultant for “Consultancy services to support development of guidance on methodology and application for NCA with special emphasis on Ocean accounting and development of a set of indicators for monitoring the blue economy”
On May 31, 2024, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MONRE) issued Decision No. 1487/QĐ-BTNMT, approving the Project Document for United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) – Global Environment Facility (GEF) funded project entitled “Mainstreaming Marine and Coastal Natural Capital Assessment and Accounting into Viet Nam’s Development Planning for Blue Economic Growth of Key Sectors” (hereinafter referred to as “Project”).
Accordingly, the Institute of Strategy and Policy on Natural Resources and Environment (ISPONRE), now the Institute of Strategy and Policy on Agriculture and Environment (ISPAE), has been assigned as the lead implementing agency for the project.
In accordance with the Project’s approved Procurement Plan, bidding package A3 of the Project, regarding “Consultancy services to support development of guidance on methodology and application for NCA with special emphasis on Ocean accounting and development of a set of indicators for monitoring the blue economy” will be implemented in the coming period.
